01. CAN I JUST GET A LOGO?
We only offer full branding suites because your brand is so much more than just a logo. Your brand has a unique story to tell and it can’t do that with only a logo. We find that designing only a logo your brand ends up feeling incomplete. So in order to allow your brand to shine the way it deserves, you have to extend further. Your brand deserves that! The key to a successful brand identity; to a strong brand foundation is brand personality. Think of yourself. What makes you, YOU? You have a personality and with that comes traits. How does your personality make people feel? The same goes for your brand. Brand elements, brand marks, brand patterns, artistic styling, colors, fonts, and multiple logo variations are what make up your brand’s personality. It’s what makes your brand recognizable and what speaks to your target audience.

02. DO YOU OFFER A LA CARTE SERVICES?
To give our wonderful clients the best experience possible, we only offer a la carte graphic design services for past and existing clients.
03. CAN I COME BACK AT A LATER DATE TO RECEIVE MORE SERVICES?
Yes! Our work will definitely leave you wanting more ✨ We love when our clients come back for additional services. We work with our clients for years after they’ve established their branding. Whether it be social media templates for their Instagram, or designing packaging for a new product they’re about to release. We offer branding, packaging, and website design services as a stand alone service for our past and existing clients.
04. WHAT IF I WANT EXTRA REVISIONS?
We’re here to take your brand from “yes” to “yaaas”. That being said, we want you to absolutely LOVE the final product that will take your brand to the next level. I allow up to 2 rounds of revisions, which will be outlined in your project timeline. Still need more? Additional revisions can be added on at an hourly rate that will be added to your final bill.
05. HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?
Let’s talk money, honey! Your first payment is a non-refundable deposit and is required to save your spot on my schedule. Then, installments will be due by milestone or per month of the project depending on the scope of the project.

07. DO YOU WORK OFF OF EXISTING BRANDING ASSETS?
We don’t work off of current branding assets. In order for your branding to be successful, we find that when we work off existing assets you get a pieced together look. We believe in order to make the most impact, having total creative freedom to work from the ground up gives you a stronger brand foundation. Your brand has its own unique story and deserves to be told.
08. DO YOU PROVIDE COPY FOR THE WEBSITE?
We do offer copywriting services as an add-on for website design.
09. DO YOU PROVIDE SEO?
We provide basic SEO for your website.
10. intellectual propery/copyright
COPYRIGHT OWNERSHIP
In the event that any copyrighted work(s) are created as a result of the Services provided by Designer in accordance with this Agreement, Designer owns all copyrights in any and all work(s) it creates or produces pursuant to federal copyright law (Title 17, Chapter 2, Section 201-02 of the United States Code), whether registered or unregistered. Any and all products, whether tangible or intangible, produced or created in connection with, or in the process of fulfilling this Agreement, are expressly and solely owned by Designer and may be used in the reasonable course of Designer's business
PERMITTED USES OF PRODUCT(S)
Designer grants to Client a non-exclusive license of product(s) produced with and for Client for personal use only so long as Client provides Designer with attribution each time Client uses Designer's property. Personal use includes, but is not limited to, use within the following contexts:
Client may not copy, duplicate, distribute, republish, or incorporate the Deliverables or allow others to copy, duplicate, distribute, republish or incorporate or use the Project.
Client may not crop, distort, manipulate, reconfigure, mimic, animate, create derivative works or extract portions or in any other manner, alter the Final Art. All copyright, trademarks, design rights and other intellectual property (registered and unregistered) shall remain vested in Designer. The Client agrees that such proprietary material is solely for Client’s own personal use.
Any disclosure to a third party, copying or republishing any portion of the Deliverable or its contents is strictly prohibited and constitutes infringement.
The rights granted to Client are for usage of the Final Art in its original form only. Client’s use of the Final Art at any other time or location, or for another project or outside the scope of the rights specifically granted herein shall require an additional fee and Designer shall be entitled to further compensation equal to percent (100%) of the original Contract Price, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties. In the event of non-payment, Designer shall be entitled to pursue all remedies under law and equity.
11. WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Due to the nature of our projects, we do not accept refunds. All payments pay us for our time and any services rendered.
